Your trailer legs should be greased and checked for debris on a regular basis to prevent binding. Legs will bind if they have been bent, even slightly, will cause them to bind. *Have you added large amounts of weight to the trailer? Extra large appliances, extra water holding tanks, atvs, and etc. will add extra weight to your trailer check this to see if you are over a single motor systems limit. *Did the trailer come with one motor but really needs a dual motor system? Some trailer dealers will place a one motor system on a coach that actually needs a dual motor system in order to save money, again check the weight of the unit and compare it to what the motor can easily lift.
